Twin Rivers has begun several programs on campus that will help students solve peer conflicts. One of these programs is called Peer Mediation which is consists of students of similar age-groups that have been trained to facilitate resolving disputes between two people or small groups. Students are to submit a request for Peer Mediation if they are having a dispute with a peer that needs to be resolved. Administration and teachers are also meeting with targeted groups of students to identify and develop conflict management strategies. The Stand for the Silent group, which is a follow-up to the anti-bullying assembly, will begin soon. There is also a link on the TRCS website to anonymously report any bullying issues.
